The CAP26 Project Has Started!
The CAP26 – Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Network Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Committees Project has officially started. The project will be implemented under the coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, with technical support provided by BYS Grup as the contractor.
The project aims to strengthen Türkiye’s alignment with the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) process and to establish the CAP Network as an effective and participatory structure across 26 regions.
Within the scope of the IPARD III Programme, the Türkiye CAP Network will be expanded nationwide under the coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and 26 Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Committee meetings will be organized. Through this process, it is aimed to ensure that all stakeholders operating in the fields of agriculture, forestry, rural development and food participate more effectively and in a more organized manner in the preparation and implementation of CAP Strategic Plans.
In this context, the project aims to support the transition to a performance-based implementation model, strengthen innovation and knowledge sharing in agriculture, enhance monitoring and evaluation capacities, and promote the dissemination of the results of CAP Strategic Plans.
